For the past two decades, Michael Bonislawski has led a diverse career in the entertainment industry, from assisting talent to becoming an award-winning DJ and emcee. The Las Vegas Review-Journal once wrote that Michael Bonislawski, who went by the stage name All Nite Mike at the time, "is as synonymous with Las Vegas as losing your rent money."

Nevada's largest newspaper, the Las Vegas Review-Journal maintains more than 400 staff members and serves one of the fastest-growing regions in the U.S., the Las Vegas valley. Published daily, it has a circulation of 167,000. In 2018, Editor and Publisher, a journal committed to the newspaper industry, listed the Las Vegas Review-Journal among "10 Newspapers That Do It Right."
In its coverage, Editors and Publishers specifically celebrated the Las Vegas Review-Journal for overhauling its approach to "Best of Las Vegas," an annual ranking of top businesses and entertainment in the city. "Best of Las Vegas" had consistently struggled to earn profits in recent years; however, by hiring NERUS Strategies, LLC., it achieved a revenue of $725,000 in 2017.
